Be sure you click to select and not drag to select vertices when you want to move a
single one. Dragging will select all and you’ll end up dragging more than you’d like.
Next drag the vertex away from the others.

And drag it to the vertices on the right side.
|
|
|
Next take a look at the model’s neck in the 3d view.
|
|
|
Notice how the boxes on the neck are stretched. We’ll need to make those a little
better. Select the following vertices.

Then drag them down.
