Create new faces attaching the bottom set of faces to the top.

Add one new vertex in the center of the head near the top.
|
|
|
Align it in the Left view.
|
|
|
Create a new face with the new vertex.
|
|
|
Add three new vertices along the top of the head, starting at the top center of the head,
moving off to the side, keeping in line with the existing adjacent vertices.
