Create a new face with our new vertex and our previous face.
|

|
Insert four new vertices, two along the jaw line, one at the bottom of the cheek bone,
and one slightly outside of the mouth.
|

|
Align them in the Left view.
|
|
|
Create new faces between the new vertices.
|
|
|
Connect the lips to the faces on the jaw and the chin by creating new faces.
|
