AIM Client -
This is the original fully featured AIM Client I wrote in April of 2000. The
project won PlanetSourceCode.com's
code of the month contest. This project uses AOL's Toc protocol which
changed a few months after I released the project. The protocol change
is in the connection process. This code will not connect as I have not updated
or changed the code in any way since it's initial release. I have included a
project below which does connect to AOL's Toc servers.
On a side not, the about box makes reference to the IRC channel #visualbasic on
irc.otherside.com. We are no longer on that network. In fact, I would not recommend
visiting that network at all. We have since moved to TheZone IRC Network at
www.thezoneirc.com. You can find us there
by connecting to irc.dosfx.com and joining either #dosfx or #thezone.

AIM Client #2 - This project
is mostly written by myself. It has been updated by "Tom Grimshaw and Steve" and
does connect to AOL's Toc servers. Thanks goes out to Jay from
